As we scale, we’re looking for a strategic leader to join our Belgrade team as the Director of Finance & Revenue Operations.
We’re seeking a dynamic and data-driven leader to take on a hybrid role combining financial leadership with revenue operations (RevOps). This person will play a pivotal role in aligning financial strategy with revenue-generating functions, ensuring that CTD is prepared for rapid scaling and delivering on its $4M ARR goal for FY2026. The role will require a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and manage complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support CTD’s strategic goals.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure financial health and scalability.
- Equity Forecasting & Cap Table Management: equity tracking, dilution modeling and forecasting for fundraising and employee stock grants
- Metrics & KPI Tracking: Establish and maintain robust tracking of key financial and operational metrics, such as ARR, CAC, and runway.
- Fundraising Support: Prepare financial models, reports, and due diligence materials for current and future fundraising efforts.
- Compliance & Controls: Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with local and global financial regulations.
- Pipeline Management: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline health analysis, and resource allocation.
- Revenue Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards to track and optimize metrics like ARR, churn, LTV, and sales velocity.
- Pricing & Packaging: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to refine and optimize pricing models (e.g., consumption-based) and analyze their impact on revenue and retention.
- Process Optimization: Streamline and automate revenue-related processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Forecasting: Create detailed revenue forecasts that tie directly to CTD’s financial models and strategic objectives.
- Business Process Automation: Identify inefficiencies in finance and revenue operations processes and implement solutions to drive productivity.
- Team Enablement: Provide data-driven insights to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to improve lead targeting, deal prioritization, and customer retention strategies.
- Churn Management: Work closely with Customer Success to proactively identify and address churn risks, ensuring predictable and sustainable revenue growth.
- Operational Optimization: Support local operations and ensure alignment with CTD’s global goals and scaling strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles, ideally within a SaaS or B2B startup environment.
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar function.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with financial modeling, forecasting tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with scaling processes and infrastructure in high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with consumption-based pricing models is a plus.
