Ten-Eight d.o.o., leading logistics and transportation company is looking for a new colleague to join us in the position of a Dispatcher.

What do we expect from you after getting you on board?
Your capability of being a dispatcher, booking loads, planning routes, speaking to brokers, and building relationships with the drivers.
Therefore, we expect you to be socially skilled, emotionally intelligent, well-tempered, and fluent in English. Those characteristics are fundamental since they influence the relationship between the dispatcher and drivers, who are steadily employed in Ten-Eight Inc. (Consequently, the relationship that is to be established is going to be a relatively permanent one.)
Besides, we would like you to be friendly since we highly appreciate inter-team communication and supportive relationships within our company.
We would appreciate you being precise and tidy, having in mind that in this position we would require different reporting sheets, from time to time.

Your profile/qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience in the USA market with 53' Dry Van and/or Flatbed trucks
- Fluency in English - level C1
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and tolerant personality
- Successful history of working in a multicultural environment - preferred
- Tech savvy – perfectly knows how to use Microsoft Office and G-suite package
- High school or vocational school diploma, as a minimal condition
- Must be able to work from our office; no remote work options available
