At ICROM Logistics, we’re looking for an experienced 53ft Dry Van Dispatcher to join our team. Based out of Chicago, we started our company 8 years ago and we’ve built a reputation for reliable service and steady growth. Our office operates with dedicated Dispatch and Tracking departments, allowing dispatchers like you to focus solely on scheduling, booking loads, and coordinating with drivers and brokers, while our Tracking team handles real-time monitoring and maintenance calls.

Responsibilities:

• Load Booking & Relationship Building – Work closely with drivers and brokers. 
• Driver Scheduling & Route Management – Optimize routes for efficiency.
• Problem Solving – Address issues as they arise, with support from Tracking.

• Experienced dispatchers only, we are not training new ones.
