- Use your exceptional negotiation skills to make every mile profitable and efficient, balancing top-notch communication and service with rate per mile.
- Stay calm and resourceful under pressure, guiding our team through challenges with grace.
- Craft creative solutions to keep us moving forward, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth.
- Build lasting relationships through respectful and empathetic communication, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration, never resorting to blame.
Your approach is to educate, inspire, and unite, keeping our wheels turning and spirits high.

- You have a proven track record in trucking dispatch (2+ years) and are eager to demonstrate your talent and ability.
- Your communication skills are top-notch, are excellent in English, both oral and written (Spanish is a plus), making every interaction meaningful.
- You’re driven by success, ready to work from 2 pm to midnight, Mon-Fri, with a mindset focused on growth and excellence.
