For our client Eos Group we are seeking for motivated and proactive candidates being responsible for the following position based in Kragujevac

Position: Dispatcher

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing Setup with EOS Customers
• Providing updates to the brokers
• Booking loads
• Dispatching drivers
• Tracking loads
• Resolving problems as they come up
• Full customer support
• Completing and entering loads in the system
• Monitoring drivers and making sure they have all info
• GPS Tracking company assets
• Performs other tasks on the orders of the immediate superior

REQUIREMENTS:

• No previous work experience is required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Problem - solving aptitude
• Flexibility
• Responsibility
• High-level focus on customer service
• Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
• Good team player
