Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for loads on dedicated load board;
- Engaging in negotiations and communications with brokers;
- Coordinating and communicating effectively with drivers;
- Effectively planning ahead;
- Ability to build relationships with drivers and freight brokers;
- Freight tracking and updates;
- Addressing and resolving daily operational challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of active experience in the USA market;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions;
- Problem solving skills;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently or in a team;
- Ability to prioritize tasks;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
