Dispatcher

Job Description:

• Booking loads, communication with brokers, drivers, customers, shippers, and receivers,
• Monitoring and responding to e-mails and business chats promptly,
• Answering a high volume of phone calls and emails, providing information and 24/7 care to customers,
• Scheduling/rescheduling pick up and delivery appointments, dispatching and providing assistance to drivers, resolving all kinds of transportation issues.

Requirements

• You are ready to work the second shift (2 pm 10 pm),
• You have excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written,
• You are ready to learn and improve your skills and knowledge,
• You are organized, communicative and detail-oriented
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office,
• You are able to think logical and analytical,
• Ability to multitask,
• Minimum 2 years in the US transportation industry
