Job Description:
- Booking loads, communication with brokers, drivers, customers, shippers, and receivers,
- Monitoring and responding to e-mails and business chats promptly,
- Answering a high volume of phone calls and emails, providing information and 24/7 care to customers,
- Scheduling/rescheduling pick up and delivery appointments, dispatching and providing assistance to drivers, resolving all kinds of transportation issues.
Requirements
- You are ready to work the second shift (2 pm 10 pm),
- You have excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written,
- You are ready to learn and improve your skills and knowledge,
- You are organized, communicative and detail-oriented
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- You are able to think logical and analytical,
- Ability to multitask,
- Minimum 2 years in the US transportation industry
