Qualifications:
- 3 years minimum experience in a related dispatcher role
- Ability to bring owners or drivers in our company
- Connection with brokers or shippers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Extensive knowledge of DOT hours of service/regulations
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with drivers and finding best loads for them
- Booking loads and developing relations with the drivers and brokers
- Negotiating with brokers and clients via phone and e-mail
- Identifying any special needs for each load & current market needs
- Establishing course of action to ensure that work is completed efficiently
- Monitoring and responding to e-mails and business chats promptly
