About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver for Street Mapping across the European Union. In this role, you will operate a company-provided vehicle equipped with advanced camera and GPS equipment to capture street-level imagery and data. Your work will directly support the development and accuracy of digital maps used by millions across Europe.

This position requires extensive travel across various EU countries, adhering to predefined routes and schedules. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working independently, adaptable to new environments, and committed to maintaining high data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate a company vehicle equipped with mapping equipment to collect high-resolution imagery and GPS data.
-Follow detailed route plans across different cities and regions in the EU.
-Conduct daily equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure consistent performance.
-Document road conditions, changes, and points of interest that enhance mapping detail and accuracy.
-Communicate regularly with project coordinators to align on progress and resolve logistical challenges.
-Ensure all data collected meets internal quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

-Valid European Union passport or valid European Union work permit (mandatory, due to cross-border travel requirements).
-Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
-Familiarity with road systems and travel logistics within the European Union.
-Ability to travel extensively across EU countries, often on short notice.
-Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional EU languages are a plus.
-Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and follow strict technical instructions.
-Comfortable using and troubleshooting GPS, camera systems, and other technical equipment.
-Flexible schedule and willingness to work in varying environments and weather conditions.
-Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
