Our main goal is to provide the safe and trusworthy relationships with our broker and customer as well as a great communication with our drivers.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Dispatcher is responsible for the safe and efficient dispatch process and coordination of loads.  The most important individual goals candidate will have to achieve:

• Professional Communication: Mantain efficient and professional communication with truckers
• Dispatch Efficiency: Efficiently assign truckers and dispatch loads
• Load Management: Ensure high-quality load management

Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional communication with truckers (both written and verbal)
• Negotiate rates with brokers
• Manage day-to-day load operations, dispatch existing loads, and monitor new ones
• Ensure driver compliance with industry regulations before dispatch
• Handle the dispatch process and assign loads to truckers
• Foster positive relationships with carriers
• Generate weekly reports summarizing dispatch activities

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the English language is mandatory
• Previous experience in dispatch (minimum 2 years)
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask across various online platforms. 
• Demonstrate solid negotiation abilities, both written and verbal
