E-coating Process Engineer

Yanfeng Seating d.o.o. Kragujevac, a member of the Yanfeng group, a global automotive trim supplier, with presence on 3 continents, and in over 100 locations, is expanding it’s business with a greenfield investment in Serbia. We are looking for a motivated candidate, to become a core team member of our new factory in the position of:

 E-COATING PROCESS ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the start-up, acceptance, maintenance and improvement of electrophoresis related equipment and hangers system
• Responsible to formulate electrophoresis line process operation standards, guideance and supervision the process of electrophoresis workshop
• Responsible for preparation of electrophoresis process quota documents (material quota, working hours quota)
• Responsible for completing manufacturing process design, formulation or updating of industrial engineering layout, process flow, PFMEA, MBOM, work instructions, etc
• Responsible for the technology, quality, environmental, safety and chemical management of the electrophoresis workshop
• Responsible for solving the technical and quality difficulties of the production site and conducting quality research

Requirements:

• Bachelor diploma (min. 180 ESPB) in Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical engineering or related field
• 5 or more years of relevant experience with electrophoresys process
• Familiarity with metal surface treatment and electrophoresis technology
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills, strong sense of team belonging
