EHS Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring and implementation of legal regulations and standards in the area of ​​EHS and fire protection
• Identifying and assessing health, safety and environmental risks in the work environment and definition of preventive measures
• Organizing the necessary tests of equipment, arrangements and means of work, working environment conditions, in accordance with legal requirements and keeping evidence of the same
• Organization and realization of trainings for employees in the EHS and fire protection field
• Preparation od reports and analyses of EHS and fire protection area
• Monitoring energy consumption, waste and other environmental indicators, supervision of the loading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste and tours of the surroundings, keeping all records in the field of environmental protection
• Regular control of the correctness of fire protection systems and equipment, as well as keeping records of performed controls and servicing
• Cooperation with inspections and other official institutions; participation in the internal and external audits
• Documentation managing and performing administrative works in accordance to relevant requirements and standards

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Technical education (minimum 240 ESPB on university academic or vocational studies)
• Mandatory occupational health and safety advisor license
• State exam of the fire protection field
• Advanced level of English language
• Minimum 3 years od working on the same or similar positions
• Familiarity with EHS standards and legal framework
• Proficient in MS office
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
