Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participation in the implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Participation in monitoring and implementation of valid laws, regulations and norms in occupational safety and health, environmental protection
- Participation in communication, coordination of work activities and cooperation with licensed legal entities responsible for support in matters of safety and health at work, fire protection, environmental protection and emergency situations
- Participation in control and counseling of the employer in the planning, selection, use and maintenance of personal protective equipment, equipment and means of work and handling of dangerous substances
- Participation in equipping and arranging the workplace with the aim of ensuring safe working conditions
- Participation in coordination of preventive and periodic tests of working environment conditions, work equipment and all other prescribed tests in accordance with relevant legal norms and technical safety standards related to working environment conditions, work equipment or installations as well as the requirements of the Environmental Protection System
- Participation in the formation of instructions for the implementation of prescribed medical examinations of employees and coordination of activities with authorized institutions of occupational medicine
- Participation in suggesting measures to improve working conditions, especially at workplaces with increased risk
- Participation in monitoring the implementation of the prescribed safety and health measures at work
- Participation in research into the causes of events or occurrences that generate risk or have led to injury at work or material damage
- Participation in the development of plans for corrective/preventive measures as well as monitoring progress, efficiency and effectiveness in order to reduce the risk of occupational injuries or occupational diseases
- Participation in keeping all prescribed records in the field of safety and health at work, fire protection, environmental protection and emergency situations
- Participation in preparation and implementation of training for safe and healthy work for employees, performing organizations and visitors
- Participation in the preparation of instructions for safe work and monitoring their implementation
- Participation in supervision of the implementation of prescribed fire protection measures, by order of the immediate manager
- Participation in the coordination of the work of the physical and technical security service and participation in the drafting of normative acts in the specified area by order of the immediate manager
- Participation in the drafting of documents prescribed by legislation in the field of safety and health at work, environmental protection, industrial safety, fire protection
- Participation in the management of contractor organizations in the areas of safety and health at work, environmental protection and fire protection
Position Requirements:
- Faculty of Occupational Safety, Environmental Protection or another relevant field
- Work experience in the same or similar positions in the manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards will be considered an advantage
- Possession of legally required licenses will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of the English language
