MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- When building a new plant, set up the safety, environmental, and fire protection standards, lead the related procedures of environmental protection projects;
- Set up vocational protection system, including medical checks for high-risk positions, safety protection methods, etc.;
- Responsible for construction, operation, and improvement of the EHS management system (ISO14001 & OHSAS18001);
- Communicate with relevant government departments, put laws and regulations into daily management;
- Investigate the accident if any, find out the root cause, set up lesson-learn, and communicate with the government for any necessary actions to be taken;
- Manage the company's waste gas, wastewater, and waste residue to ensure all environmental-related indicators meet national or regional standards.
- Responsible for tracking and supervision of EHS improvement projects;
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS LEVEL
- College degree or above
WORK EXPERIENCE and other necessary abilities:
- Minimum 5 years of EHS-related experience
- State exam for occupational health and safety
- State exam for fire protection
- Familiar with Serbian law, regulations and best practices for EHS
