We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an ELD Monitoring & Assistance Operator. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to our clients via telephone and specific software.
ELD Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with drivers
- Knowledge of electronic logging devices and compliance regulations
- Provide expert support to drivers regarding ELD platforms and systems
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ELD systems and implement improvements
- Resolve technical issues with ELD systems
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum high school degree
- Experience with Eld platforms and systems is preferred but not required as training will be provided
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Organized, communicative and detail-oriented person
- Ability to multitask
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in the field of electronic platforms and systems
