ERP Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics NAV /365 Business Central)
Responsibilities:
- Business processes analyses, cooperation, and consultation with users regarding the implementation process of ERP products
- Analyses and thorough research of client’s needs and requirements
- Process designing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365BC
- Posting set up in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365BC
- Client support in applying the business process model
- Preparation and development of project and user documentation
- Presentation of ERP solutions to potential clients
- Software application testing according to project specification and user requirements
- Training and consultation of end users
- End-user support in everyday business operation
Your profile (Personality, knowledge, and skills)
- Knowledge of business processes domain (finance, production)
- Experience in the financial accounting sector or experience in business process management
- Experience with ERP applications (SAP, Navision, etc.)
- Experience in the implementation of the ERP business solutions
- Customer-centric approach and great communication skills
- Team player and thriving mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken)
