Electronic Archive Specialist

Belgrade

You will be working in a well-established and experienced team of SAP application managers in one of the largest SAP installations within the aircraft maintenance sector. In this role you will work closely with the SR Technics Business Units to optimize the electronic archiving processes.

Your tasks:

- Designing, implementing and optimizing business processes in the field of electronic archiving

- Creating program specifications for in-house developments

- Customizing of SAP standard modules as well as for standard programs of the associated systems

- Documentation and testing of the programs and processes

- System maintenance, 2nd / 3rd level support

- Analyze IT incidents and Service Desk Data to identify problem patterns and recommend improvements

- Manage change requests

- Participation in subject related projects and subprojects

- Monitor and optimize interfaces

Our system landscape:

- Dataglobal hyparchive - a platform for electronic archiving

- AnyDoc (OnBase) - an application for OCR and extraction of digitized invoices

To fulfill this position successfully, your qualifications must include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience

- Profound SAP knowledge (in various modules; ArchiveLink would be an asset)

- Hyparchive knowledge (or other archive applications)

- Experience with document management systems

- Experience in application administration (installations, monitoring)

- Microsoft Server 2008 or later knowledge is an asset

- Basic hardware (PC, scanner, interfaces) understanding

- Proactive, creative individual with the ability to work independently, but who is also a team player

- Conceptual thinking, with a high quality mind-set and a sense of responsibility

- Good communication skills

- Good English: spoken and written. German would be an advantage
