As a growing company with over 700 employees in diverse roles within underwriting and insurtech, we are seeking an Employee Experience Lead to play a pivotal role in sustaining our growth and success by cultivating a positive and engaging workplace.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the overall employee experience by promoting a culture of collaboration, development, and well-being. You will spearhead initiatives aimed at creating an employee-centric organization, ensuring a strong sense of belonging and satisfaction among our workforce.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR or related roles
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with Windows Operating System, Office Suite, and Google Applications
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and State Regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated track record in leading and developing HR teams
  • Proven success in designing and implementing employee engagement programs that have significantly impacted organizational culture and employee satisfaction metrics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in HR metrics such as Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), Employee
  • Engagement Index (ESI), Turnover and Retention rates and similar
  • Proficiency in HR tools such as Employee Engagement and Satisfaction surveys
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to plan, implement, and refine HR methodologies and processes
  • Lead the entire employee experience journey from onboarding to offboarding
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through innovative programs and initiatives
  • Enhance company benefits programs to promote employee well-being and satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Oversee and conduct performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Conduct regular surveys to assess and improve employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Manage employee communication and feedback through company meetings, suggestion programs, and one-on-one meetings
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
  • Support daily HR operations to maintain a safe and inclusive work environment
  • Develop and supervise annual HR action plans and budgets
  • Generate HR department reports and collaborate cross-functionally as required
