Engine Leasing Manager

Location: Belgrade

As Engine Leasing manager you are responsible for ensuring that additional service solutions to SR Technics customers are delivered in a high-quality and customer-friendly manner thus enabling sustainable market competitiveness for MRO business. To achieve that you would have to carefully select engines that will be used, monitor their usage, and return them back to their owners smoothly.

Your responsibilities:

• Customers
  • Understanding customer needs
  • Proposing competitive solutions
  • Manage documentation process (delivery/re-delivery)
  • Manage logistics process (delivery/re-delivery)
  • Issue resolution with active contracts
  • Coordinate lease return process

• Suppliers
  • Aligning with Engineering on technical fit
  • Manage documentation process
  • Issue resolution with active Lessors
  • Manage documentation process (delivery/re-delivery)
  • Manage logistics process (delivery/re-delivery)
  • Coordinate lease return process
• Other tasks
  • Support in Lessor strategy creation
  • Support in internal process improvement
  • Support in ad-hoc process execution

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Engineering preferably in Aerospace or Business Administration
• Work experience: 3+ years in contract management, and lease management, in the aviation sector
• Customer and service-oriented person – to be able to convey SR Technics core values, active listener – to be able to understand different perspectives
• Presentation skills – to be able to convey messages to C-level
• Communication skills – to be able to clarify complex items in simple way
• Disciplined– to be able to follow procedures and policies with demonstrating commitment, work, company, and role requirements
• Analytics – to be able to make rational judgments from the available information and analysis; focus on a greater understanding of a problem
• English language – C1
