We are looking for a Project Manager to enforce our team involved in engineering and construction of large-scale industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage both internal and sub-consultant deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects or one complex project.
- Apply broad knowledge of principles and practices in project management.
- Evaluate, select, and apply standard procedures, and criteria.
- Assist in the preparation of bids, tenders and RFPs to secure engineering contracts.
- Assign tasks to and direct discipline team members to complete assignments.
- Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of the engineering work.
- Review client standards and best practices.
- Review complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance.
- Provide mentoring for less experienced team members.
- Interact with clients, customers, subcontractors, and others.
- Attend project meetings and present specific aspects of engineering assignments with high proficiency and confidence.
- Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.
- Leads the project execution of the assigned engineering team to deliver on commitments.
- Provide strong team leadership, creating an energized, driven, and agile culture, demonstrating trust, ownership, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- University degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Process engineering
- Professional engineering licenses will be considered a plus
- Experience in incineration plants and knowledge of gas treatment will be considered a plus
- Demonstrated competence to lead multi-functional projects
- Computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD) as well as project management tools
- English language knowledge (German will be considered a plus)
- Category B driver's license
- Willingness for fieldwork in the country and abroad
