English Language Teaching Materials Promoter / Presenter

Job summary

This is a role for a self motivated and energetic individual to work in the selling and promoting of textbooks and teaching materials in and around Serbia.  The role does not follow a strict nine-to-five office model and at certain times of the year will involve being out of the office a lot on the road.

Job functions

The role requires someone that has experience of teaching English and ELT programmes and has had experience teaching in Serbian state schools.  The ability to communicate clearly and be able to work with a wide variety of clients is also essential.  A pleasant telephone manner and the ability to organise and follow up with clients is necessary and the right candidate will need to be very goal motivated, keep up to date with popular trends within the industry and be both creative and have a good attention to detail.  

Requirements

A clean valid passport and a clean valid driving license are essential. The role involves a lot of travelling and the candidate must be a confident driver. Fluency in both written and spoken English as well as experience in teaching and the Serbian State School system is a must.
A friendly manner and a willingness to work with people and build relationships is also vital. While the role will involve working as an individual, the successful candidate will be a good team player and be able to motivate and work with the rest of the ELT department.
