Job Overview:
We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to help support our day-to-day freight operations. This is a remote position, and you’ll be working directly with U.S. customers and U.S. trucking companies, so strong communication is key. We’ll train the right person — no experience necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor active LTL shipments
- Request and collect PODs (proof of delivery) from carriers
- Follow up with carriers on late or delayed freight
- Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates
- Enter and update shipment info in our TMS
- Assist with filing claims for damaged or lost freight
- Learn to verify freight class, NMFC codes, and accessorial as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using email and spreadsheets
- Reliable and good at following through
- Stable wired internet connection, modern PC, and headset
- Willingness to learn and grow in a logistics role
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, U.S. business hours
- 100% remote
