Our team is fully remote, with members across Europe and Asia. We are currently 14+ people, on track to grow to 30+ within the next 12–18 months.
To support this growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to scale up our growth with further career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Handling
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from our website, social media, paid ads, and referrals.
- Qualify inbound leads based on decision-making authority, budget, and timelines.
- Move qualified inbound prospects into the discovery/demo stage.
Outbound Prospecting & Outreach
- Research and identify potential prospects across target industries (brands, SEO agencies, marketing managers, CMOs).
- Build targeted outbound lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter, or similar tools.
- Conduct personalised cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and book calls.
Discovery & Qualification
- Run initial discovery calls to understand prospects’ SEO goals, challenges, and budgets.
- Use consultative questioning to uncover pain points and connect them to agency solutions.
Sales Process & Closing
- Deliver compelling presentations and live platform demos showing how our campaigns work (Ahrefs, GSC, or internal reporting tools).
- Explain our link-building process, quality checks, and service packages clearly.
- Prepare proposals and ROI projections to support the sale.
- Negotiate terms and close deals within set guidelines.
Account Handover & Follow-Up
- Ensure smooth handover of new clients to the Account Management team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with warm leads and past opportunities to re-engage.
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) fully updated with lead activity, call notes, and deal stages.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SEO, digital marketing, or SaaS.
- Proven success managing both inbound and outbound sales pipelines.
- Strong track record of closing deals, not just booking appointments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to run persuasive demos.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple deals in different stages.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) is a strong plus.
Performance Metrics
- Monthly revenue from closed deals.
- Number of qualified discovery calls booked and completed.
- Conversion rate from lead (inbound & outbound) to closed-won.
- CRM data accuracy and pipeline management.
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary: 1400 USD/$2,000 USD/month.
- Commissions: Uncapped, with tiered accelerators for exceeding targets.
