Job responsibilities
- Manage customers' late payments for dedicated portfolio
- Manage blocking and unblocking of customer accounts because of overdue
- Manage customers' available credit limits, mainly on base of incoming payment
- Approval of manual transactions for overdue/overlimit customers
- Manage over deposits customers
- Give information to customers how payments and invoices were accounted
- Complete blocking of customers (termination of contract, late payments)
- Managing over and under payments, regular cleansing of accounts
- Managing penalties
- Receivables inventory
- Regular contact with customers and ASMs, OSRs, Credit Risk analysts
- Ensuring activities associated with the position according to internal guidelines
- Immediately transmits information about any impending problems
- Deliver KPI’s
- Collaborates with colleagues across the business and operation to ensure smooth money collection.
- Helps Junior Money Collection Coordinators with given tasks in case of need
- Control reports of KPI’s
- Focal Point for Change requests
- Focal Point for Documentation
- Focal Point for processes in Money Collection for all products
- Training of new processes to secure knowledge spreading, takeover role of internal trainer for Money Collection
- Gives to direct supervisor improvement suggestion
- Performing other tasks assigned by their direct supervisor
- Resolving payment discrepancies between recorded invoices and received payments
Job Requirements
- A secondary school leaving qualification
- Experience on similar position at least 2 years
- Experience in the fuel card industry an advantage
- English is mandatory
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Active and effective approach to complex problem resolution
- Responsibility, accountability, effective time management
- Experience in the fuel card industry is an advantage, as well as prior experience in receivables collection, regardless of the sector
