JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating with clients and vendors, contracting, budget management, event logistic and client service. In charge of setting and maintaining timelines and priorities for projects and events, ensuring impeccable service delivery. Takes care of visual and conceptual consistency of the event. Held accountable for set-ups & associated logistics, as well as troubleshoot service on spot. Represents company in public.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/MA in social science with min. 2 years of relatable experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Russian and/or French is an advantage
- Comfortable taking on highly demanding projects from pre-sale stage to final execution
- Strong budget, expenses and reconciliation experience
- Highly skilled in time management and multitasking
- Ability to envision and shape meaningful events from scratch
- Boldness in communication, negotiating and leadership
- Advanced skill-level with Microsoft Office
- Sharp eye for aesthetics and design
- Basic social media literacy
- Neat and professional personality
- Driving license – active driver
