You will assist the Team in - setting up email campaigns, scheduling posts inside our Kajabi community, setting up landing pages for launches, Customer Support and handling inbound inquiries inside our DM's
Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage a variety of administrative, customer support, and social media tasks. This role involves maintaining customer satisfaction, organizing content, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms. This is a full time VA role with a base salary of $1000 per month, with bonuses added after the 90 day probationary period based on leads contacted that become clients
What You’ll Do:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage a variety of administrative, customer support, and social media tasks. This role involves maintaining customer satisfaction, organizing content, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Email Management:
- Set up and manage email campaigns in ActiveCampaign.
- Organize and maintain email lists within ActiveCampaign.
- Archive email sequences, Facebook posts, and Kajabi community posts using ClickUp.
- Respond to daily customer support emails.
- Manage and respond to direct messages (DMs) across social media platforms.
- Track and respond to affiliate offers.
- Course/Membership Support:
- Provide customer support for course and membership participants.
- Respond to customer emails through The Pod Selling Formula inbox.
- Handle customer tickets via Tawk.to and escalate issues to the Operator as needed.
- Publish weekly membership content on Kajabi.
- Write and schedule email announcements for community members in Kajabi.
- Schedule live workshops and organize new testimonials in Kajabi.
- Social Media Management:
- Respond to messages and comments on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Kajabi.
- Manage Facebook groups, including approving/rejecting member requests and replying to comments.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain lead generation metrics tracking sheets.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Set up landing pages for live campaigns.
- Manage and update the CEO and company Google Calendar.
Schedule meetings and calls using platforms like Zoom, Google Calendar, and Kajabi.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency with ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, ClickUp, and Tawk.to (or a willingness to learn).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various platforms and tools.
- Experience in social media management and customer support is a plus.
