Expedite Dispatcher Afterhours/Weekends

We are looking for a reliable EXPEDITE DISPATCHER to join our team.

Truck Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• ORGANIZATION SKILLS MANDATORY 
• 6 days per week / 2nd & 3rd shift 
• Expedite experience is a must
• Fluent In English
• Knowledge in NLM, ACTIVE AERO, PANTHER, SYLECTUS, PRO TRANSPORT IS A MUST
• Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages
• Communicating with customers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests
• Booking loads/expedite 
• Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices
• Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times
• Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply
• Must be able to multitask and handle several units/trucks at the same time, multitasking at the same time with different assignments…
• Providing tracking updates to the customers

1 year of experience is a must
