Your Profile:

• Minimum IV level of education/Secondary school diploma
• At least 1 year of professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of English language both written and spoken (upper level)
• Very good IT capabilities (Word, Excel,  SAP would be considered as advantage )
• Knowledge of customs regulations
• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
• Understands the role of a team player and a team leader
• Customs agent license would be considered as advantage

Your responsibilities:

• Communication with intern and extern associates regarding organization of material and manufactured goods delivery; creation of foreign orders, follow up on confirmed orders and their update in SAP; preparing necessary export documentation
• Responsible for fulfillment of contractual obligations to foreign buyer/supplier regarding delivery of material and manufactured goods and their timely and accurately informing of the export/import details
• Communication with domestic and foreign transporters, freight forwarding companies, DHL etc.; responsible for order issuing, preparation of necessary documentation, organization of transport, insurance and customs clearance of goods in import and export
• Preparing of necessary documentation for the purpose of obtaining various kinds of import and export permits, relations with state authorities and inspections significant for supply process (government offices, commerce chamber, customs, sanitary, market and other   relevant authorities)
• Monitoring the maturity of liabilities to foreign suppliers/receivables from foreign buyers, in accordance with foreign exchange regulations and notification of the government offices
• Records and updates data regarding export/import with attention to accuracy, precision and in timely manner in accordance with foreign trade law; keeping record of concluded foreign trade affairs according to the procedures
