Executive Assistant

We are Fin-Tech company making a large impact in the Credit Check Industry and we are expanding our team with new team members and looking for Executive Assistant who can work with us from our office in Serbia, Belgrade as part of our Tech Subsidiary FINcode d.o.o Belgrade.

This position is based on a service contract and is limited to the summer support period, from 10 June to 31 August 2025.

Who you are

• You are a friendly person and have a constructive attitude
• You have education in Business Administration, Social Science or similar
• You have experience with administrative topics in Serbia
• You have good experience with MS Office
• You are self initiative and able to work independently
• You are willing to travel and attend trainings
• You have experience in working directly with executive management
• Your spoken and written English is Perfect (German is a plus)

Your Mission

• Provide assistance to the managing director with general administrative tasks (finances, labour, laws)
• Support our team in Serbia with processes (communication with vendors, goods receipt, office material, business travels, costs reimbursement and claims, time tracking, etc...)
• Support our company with onboarding, offboarding, documentation, etc...
