Specific duties (Key Performance Indicators):
- Management and maintenance of Internal day-to-day financial information
- Coordination and communication with banks, accounting, audits, and other third parties
- Understands and adheres to financial regulations and legislation and align business operations accordingly
- Collates, analyzes, and prepares information required to produce accurate and timely internal financial information
- Support the Financial Manager in the preparation of financial information and reports for the Management
- Liaise with banks, accountants, and lawyers
- Administration of outgoing documentation and incoming documentation
- Making sure that accountants and auditors receive adequate attention and documentation
- Proactive and strategic approach
- Petty cash and e-banking
- Other activities in the financial sector
Work experience requirements
- Preferable experience in the same position, but not mandatory
Education requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in finance (Faculty of Economics)
Additional requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel)
- English Knowledge - Advance level
- Excellent communication and business correspondence skills
