
As a part of FMD CMO Support Team, the associate will work with STADA CMOs, Quality teams and other Global functional departments including IT, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to resolve the most complex issues and queries.
- Connected to the STADA third party manufacturers (CMOs), the associate will work on technical onboarding process as well as resolving ongoing issues with exchange of serial numbers (missing/stuck batch, SN requests)
- Engage in the identification of root causes and implementation of preventive actions, to avoid/minimize system alerts caused due to procedural or technical issues
- Support the on-boarding of the late followers (Italy), and non-EU countries (e.g. MENA markets)
- Support business (affiliates, departments, etc.) in practical issues and queries
- Ensure no supply risk or non-justifiable returns from customers through providing the support to affiliates in understanding of system functionality (EU Hub, NMVS)
- Bachelor level education preferably in the fields of technology and metallurgy, pharmacy, chemistry or other related fields
- Experience of working in a Customer Service organization in a technical support role would be a plus but not necessity, onboarding will be provided for all relevant tasks
- Good communications in English (spoken and written)
- Strong data analysis and Excel skills
- Effectively use of office communication tools – Lync, Outlook e-mail, conference calls, Word
- A flexible, can-do, “hands-on” positive attitude – actively seeking out solutions and happy to do what is needed to progress things; able to do what is required as directed and pick up new skills; trusted to complete tasks when required
- Familiar with FMD guidelines/principles would be a plus
- Basic knowledge of SAP is plus
- Basic knowledge of Power BI is plus
