About the role:

The International Transport Forwarder will take over the operative responsibilities in organizing and streamlining international transport processes, transport and planning management in accordance with customer requests. This position is also in charge with planning of receptions and deliveries at the operational level.

Key responsibilities:

• Provides clients with adequate services in accordance with contracts.
• Builds good relationships with clients. Communicates, informs, solves problems, responds to needs and proposes solutions.
• Acquisition of new subcontractors in accordance with all procedures and constant increase of the base of transport service providers.
• Calculates rates for FTL services. Price preparation according to customer requests and inquiries.
• Records, processes orders and controls the entire process.
• Execution of international transport - truck planning, route optimization, control and cost reduction in order to increase profits.
• Reporting about activities: Receives and checks all the documentation received from subcontractors 
• Good knowledge and understanding of the domestic activity, with its potential and taking in consideration our needs & capabilities
• Support digitalization process for implementation of a track and trace system, data quality and other processes related with digital transformation of the business for a  better performance
• Proactive working with colleagues to ensure global performance of the services provided by FM

Main requirements and skills you’re expecting:

• Road freight / FTL experience min. 3-4 years, preferably in international environment;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to communicate in a good command in English;
• Very good abilities to work with different transport software and also with analyzes & data in MS Excel;
• Ability to manage multiple and more complex tasks assigning each of them the right priority;
• Passion for matching higher results and getting better every day.
