We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality business partnering and financial insights to Operations management. You will play a crucial role in delivering accurate financial reports, conducting in-depth analysis, and supporting the financial planning process in a collaborative environment!Your responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality business partnering, delivering accurate and timely financial reports and actionable analysis to the Operations management.
- Understand key business issues and their impact on financial results.
- Analyze dependencies between actions taken and financial outcomes of the Manufacturing Site.
- Conduct deep dive analysis of portfolio profitability, cost of goods sold, and intercompany price calculations.
- Collaborate closely with individual budget holders to provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive annual budgets as well as re-forecasts.
- Prepare presentations on financial performance, full-year forecasts, and budget variances, including identifying financial opportunities and risks.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Economics, with at least 2 years of experience in controlling or Business Partner roles in Finance Functions, preferably within the pharmaceutical or consumer industry.
- Proactive team player and self-starter who can demonstrate initiative with strong communication skills.
- Experience using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
