For our team in Serbia we are seeking a:

FINANCE CONTROLLER 

We are looking for a motivated and proactive person for planning, organization and control the company's finance operations. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Month end closing process for the local, cluster and global purpose, including the control of all inputs of journal entries and the application of IFRS rules
• Monthly reporting, analysis and control of Gross Profit and Opex
• Cost check and accruals build up
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Profitability analyses per channel, customer, division and product
• Participates in the preparation of annual operating plan and forecast cycles
• Profit & Cost center correct postings monitoring
• Operational support in ad hoc analyses and reporting
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Respecting Internal Regulations, Accounting standards and company’s procedures
• Other assignments required by the direct superior

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics are preferred major fields
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• 3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations
• Advanced written and oral English is a must
