Job Description:
- Financial Oversight and Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact with the accounting agency, ensuring accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
- Review monthly financial reports, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Establish and oversee internal controls to safeguard assets and enhance financial processes.
- Banking and Cash Flow Management:
- Manage communication with banks, including account setups, credit lines, fund transfers, and financial transactions.
- Monitor the company’s cash flow, prepare forecasts, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to optimize cash flow and enhance working capital management.
- Taxation and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws, staying updated on regulatory changes.
- Liaise with tax consultants and authorities for tax filings, audits, and advisory matters.
- Oversee VAT reporting and ensure timely submission of all tax-related documents.
- Audit and Financial Reporting:
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely delivery of accurate financial data and documentation.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial reporting standards.
- Process Improvement and IT Collaboration:
- Collaborate with ERP providers to ensure efficient and accurate reporting systems.
- Develop financial workflows and reporting templates tailored to business needs.
- Strategic Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Conduct the budgeting process, working closely with cost owners to prepare accurate and comprehensive budgets.
- Analyze variances and provide recommendations to enhance financial planning.
- Prepare forecasts to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Administration management
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage company documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures, ensuring proper organization and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax compliance, and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and drive process improvements.
