Your Responsibilities
- Participates in the creation of business strategy, including risk minimization and opportunities projection
- Collecting and evaluating financial and non-financial data from stakeholders in other departments
- Participating in budget preparation, forecasting, monitoring and reporting and performing analysis on variations
- Preparing management reports, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Managing working capital (liabilities, receivables, inventories) and controlling cash flow
- Establishing investment approval process and conducting post investment monitoring and reporting
- Supervising completeness, accuracy, adequacy and timeline for posting of all business transactions
- Reviewing company's financial statements to ensure they are accurate
- Defining business processes and accounting policies in order to establish and strengthen the system of internal controls
- Appling legal regulations in the field of finance, audit, accounting and taxes, and ensures the application of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Actively participating in implementation and improvement of ERP solutions and tools related to finance (SAP, Power BI,…)
- Cooperation with the auditor, tax authorities and other regulatory bodies and financial institutions
- Close cooperation with company management and other organizational parts
- Performs other tasks as ordered by the immediate manager
Essential Experience & Capabilities
- Preferred University degree in economic sciences (Faculty of Economics) or related faculty
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience (auditing, controlling, accounting)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point advanced)
- Knowledge of English language (level B)
