Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role involves supervising accounting staff, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing insights to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts team and oversee day-to-day finance operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, etc.)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor cash flow and manage company expenditure
• Liaise with external auditors, and other financial institutions
• Use financial software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.) to maintain records
• Analyse financial data and provide reports to senior management

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential)
• Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role (typically 3–5 years+)
• Proven experience of working in an international or multicultural environment
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Leadership and team management experience
