You will be a part of Cash allocation team within the Finance department. We are responsible for booking all incoming payments.
- Main part of task is booking incoming funds recorded on a Bank statement and allocation with respective KN invoices under debtor codes
- Downloading Unallocated Cash Report
- Maintenance shared email address/folders/Jira or RT
- Sending request and reminders to clients and collectors
- Cross team communication and collaboration in GS Finance (AP team, Account opening team, Bank Reconciliation team and reporting team)
- Good knowledge of English language
- Good understanding of functions in Excel
