What you are going to do:
- Financial documentation classification and processing
- Process and organize invoices and statements to ensure bills are paid and received in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments
- Maintain accounts by recording, identifying and verifying financial transactions
- Follow internal accounting procedures and policies to ensure financial security is maintained
- Collaborate with others to ensure all financial actions are accurate
- Manage and update payroll information to ensure all employees get accurate compensation
- Record financial information and provide summaries/reports when necessary
- Assist in the bookkeeping by preparing necessary information and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of the company budget to help meet all financial goals
- Recommend actions for cost optimization
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
- Research and identify prospective suppliers, evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria
- Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
- Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate inventory and procurement records
- Provide other administrative support if necessary
What we are looking for:
- University or college degree in economics, accounting, finance or business
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, controlling of finance administration
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records
- Effectiveness in establishing and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of peers, attorneys, clients, and professionals at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline requirements and prioritize multiple competing demands
- Readiness to undertake and manage projects and tasks with preciseness and effective use of firm resources
- Strong work ethics and service orientation with capacity to exercise good judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong commitment to professional growth and development
- Proficiency in working with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced in written and spoken English
- Experience in working as part of the team and individually
