FINANCE TRAINEE-JUNIOR ASSOCIATE
We are looking for:
- motivated, stable and organized person with the ability to learn with the option to become a permanent member of our team
- good social and professional skills, readiness to adjust and adopt to the demanding environment
- previous basic experience or practice or university or higher education can be an advantage but not a must (bookkeeping, accounting, auditing, administration related to finance , MS office finance data processing…)
- ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-pace environment
- proactive and dynamic attitude, respecting company structure and authority
- ability to maintain highly confidential data
- minimum basic to medium level of English language working capacity,
Main duties and responsibilities:
- day to day administrative work,
- invoicing, tracking and reconciling bank statements, tracking all incoming/outgoing documents
- daily communication with suppliers
- daily communication with external accounting office, public administration, etc.
- provide administrative support during budget preparation, audit and reporting to stakeholders
- work with other members of the finance team to improve existing processes and developing new processes in order to increase the efficiency of the finance function
- other finance and administration duties as assigned
