Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for: Financial Administrator (Maternity Cover)

As a Financial Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping financial operations running smoothly—from issuing invoices and supporting sales to monitoring payments and preparing reports—all while collaborating with teams across the business. Responsibilities

• Issuing invoices for respective clients for the services rendered along with monitoring payment deadline ensuring the proper obligations of the Company have been fulfilled
• Timely and accurate issuance of quotations for respective clients in order to support legal and sales workstreams
• Participates in timesheet control for respective clients
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders regarding matching invoiced and delivered service, and purchase orders
• Provides weekly late payment reports escalating to accountable stakeholders
• Participates in booking documentation in accordance with Serbian legislation
• Participation in the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Performs correspondence with business partners
• Provides ad-hoc support with various finance tasks upon request

It would be a plus to have

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
• Previous experience in a tech or fast-growth environment
• Understanding of local financial regulations

About you

• At least 2 years of work experience in finance administration
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details
• Strong verbal and written English language skills
• Excellent computer skills with strong focus to MS Office (previous experience in G-suite environment nice to have)
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, independent and well-organized team player
