Essential Job Functions:
- Month-end reporting activities, such as:
- recharge invoices to the hosted business units;
- upload of the PL/BS data for each trading BU into HFM system;
- definition and booking of month-end accruals;
- balance sheet reconciliations;
- Reports to BUs and Corporate.
- Help with annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Relationship with back-office
- Taking care of daily requests from other company functions
- SOX activities on a quarterly basis and GL reconciliations.
- Work on special projects or requests, as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Flexible and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Very good IT skills (mainly excel ones).
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Ability to respect deadlines.
- High attention to details.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Previous experience with ERP systems (Navision and/or SAP is a plus)
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role (preferably in an international environment).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Fluent in English; Italian language knowledge is a plus (not a must-have).
