Essential Job Functions:

• Month-end reporting activities, such as:
• recharge invoices to the hosted business units;
• upload of the PL/BS data for each trading BU into HFM system;
• definition and booking of month-end accruals;
• balance sheet reconciliations;
• Reports to BUs and Corporate.

• Help with annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Relationship with back-office
• Taking care of daily requests from other company functions
• SOX activities on a quarterly basis and GL reconciliations.
• Work on special projects or requests, as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Flexible and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Very good IT skills (mainly excel ones).
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Ability to respect deadlines.
• High attention to details.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Previous experience with ERP systems (Navision and/or SAP is a plus)

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role (preferably in an international environment).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fluent in English; Italian language knowledge is a plus (not a must-have).
