Financial Analyst

Are you a financial expert with a knack for strategic planning and a passion for driving profitability? Coca-Cola Hellenic is looking for a Financial Analyst who will collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to monitor budgets, analyze profitability, and provide key financial support. This role is crucial in driving profitability growth through insightful analysis and reporting.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Financial Support - profitability planning during BP/RE cycles by understanding the impact of pricing strategies, fixed investments, commercial policies, and managing profitability through mix of packages, brands, and territories.
• Operational Planning - participating actively in the planning process to ensure accurate and effective financial forecasting.
• Active Communication - collaborating with the commercial sector to efficiently monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Profitability Growth - driving profitability growth through relevant reporting and analysis, continuously seeking and suggesting improvements.
• Market Evaluations - providing financial evaluations for new market opportunities.
• Understanding the impact of category management on working capital and free cash flow.
• Providing essential support during audits.
• Ensuring necessary documentation for business processes in compliance with contracts and defined processes.
• Improving reporting systems to meet key business indicators.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Bachelor’s degree in finance.
• 3 or more years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the commercial sector or a multinational company.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems. 
• Power BI experience will be considered as a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
