Job description:

• Maintain accurate financial records - Ensure precise and up-to-date financial documentation for all products, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes - Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of financial period closings, adhering to established schedules.
• Monitor and analyze cost standards and budgets - Regularly assess cost benchmarks and expense budgets to establish acceptable bases for measuring product costs, expense control, and plant performance.
• Prepare performance reports for management - Generate reports that serve as a basis for decision-making and analyzing budget variances.
• Support annual budgeting and business planning - Assist in the annual budgeting and business planning processes for the plant and brands.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and business case calculations - Perform specialized analyses and calculations to address business and management needs.
• Collaborate with other departments - Work closely with various departments to collect relevant information, ensuring qualitative financial processes and analyses

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the production industry
• Accounting knowledge
• Knowledge in SAP and analysis tools is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel
• Fluency in English
• Proactive approach, problem - solving attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good collaboration and communication skills
