General tasks and Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the HSE Deputy Manager
- Ensure implementation of First Aid treatment in case of accident,
- Manage medical examinations of employees in coordination with local hospital,
- Responsible for the confidentiality of medical information,
- First aid training organization
- Covid-19 weekly inspection
- Infirmary/Medical material, order from supplier, keeping storage inventory
- Personal Protective Equipment order from supplier, distribution and keeping storage inventory
- Ensure implementation of Subcontractor Approval Procedure
- Communication with subcontractors, submission of subcontractor’s documents to Client
- Keeping the records of subcontractors H&S documents
- Health & Safety Induction of new employees
- HSE Monthly report preparation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma of Medical school (Nurse)
- Required knowledge of English language
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Good organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
