Fleet Manager

Belgrade

Reponsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Setting up operations, establishing processes and running the day-to-day management of a fleet of hundreds of riders
• Supervise the hiring process for the fleet
• Supervising onboarding, and actively participate in continuous professional development of the fleet
• Tracking of daily performance
• Preparing and analysing large data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
• Optimizing delivery operations to improve delivery time
• Keeping track about complete fleet equipment and supervise maintenance
• Ensuring local implementation of global projects, in particular roll out of dispatching tools
• Working towards constantly improving customer experience

Requirements:

• Degree from university in Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Economics or similar
• Min 2-year work experience on similar positions
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to structure thinking and build efficient processes
• Familiar with modern technology
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially excel
• Willingness to learn new things and improve ways of working
• Strong communication Interest and a good understanding of e-commerce and the food market

It is a benefit if you:
