Food Product Quality Specialist (Retail)

Workforce has partnered with a leading international retailer in the food and consumer products industry. With over 1,200 stores and 20,000 employees worldwide, our client is expanding its footprint in Eastern Europe and is seeking talented individuals to join their purchasing department.

Joining a well-established leading international organization during its start-up phase in Serbia, the role offers plenty of room for professional development and growth alongside the company. In the capacity of Food Product Quality Specialist, you will support the launch of new stores in Serbia, as part of the Purchasing team.

Food Product Quality Specialist (Retail)

Job description

• Conduct merchandise category analysis to evaluate and select the product assortment
• Develop products and define specifications
• Support the supplier selection process
• Collaborate continuously with the Marketing and Quality Office
• Analyze product quality to ensure high standards

Position requirements

• Degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3  years of experience in a similar role
• English language proficiency

• Adaptable and proactive

 What we offer

Training and Development:

• 6-12 month training in company HQ, in Italy
