Position summary:

Developing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs, as well as strategic initiatives to ensure the F&B team provides high-quality service in accordance with Hyatt International standards.

By overseeing all aspects of F&B staff training and development, this role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional guest experience and bringing Hyatt purpose to life.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Minimum high school education; candidates with Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred
• Proficiency in English is a must, both in speaking and writing
• Good computer skills
• Developed leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent customer relations, deep knowledge of food and beverage, motivation and passion to work in hospitality industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar jobs
• Ability to present oneself in a professional manner
