Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Central Time
Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls & acquire new shipper accounts.
- Negotiate rates with shippers & carriers to maximize profits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate freight movement, ensuring on-time delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. freight brokerage.
- Strong negotiation & networking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple loads & clients simultaneously.
