Born in 2008 in Chicago, USA BMM has been one of the fastest growing companies in the USA and Serbia! We are 3PL, meaning a third-party logistics firm. We provide customer service to our trucking companies and our customers. Our job is to make sure we get freight, track the freight, and make sure the freight is delivered on time! Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Must provide resume in English
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Communicate with carriers via phone and email to arrange pick up and delivery of freight
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and adjust for any issues that affect the on-time delivery of freight
- Must be able to make calls and write emails daily
- Must be able to work 2nd shift
- Must have Prior experience
